We adhere to ratios at all times, as this is an Ofsted requirement. We believe very strongly that if we do not have the correct ratio we are causing a health and safety issue.
Health and safety is very important and we make sure that each morning when the team come in they do a health and safety check of the room and remove any potential hazards. We also do daily health and safety checks on the garden and any area the children can access.
